How account deletion works

Prefer to use the app?

Go to Account → Account Settings → Delete My Account inside the MyCity CRM mobile app.

Identity verification

GDATA may need to verify you’re the account holder before completing a request submitted through this page.

Council service requests

Deleting your app account does not necessarily delete service requests already submitted to a council. See our Privacy Policy for details, or contact the relevant council directly.
